§ 4. Vastutav töötleja ja volitatud töötlejad
(1) Infosüsteemi vastutav töötleja on Justiits- ja Digiministeerium. (2) Infosüsteemi volitatud töötlejad on Eesti Advokatuur (edaspidi advokatuur) ning Registrite ja Infosüsteemide Keskus (edaspidi RIK).
