§ 9. Andmete ja logide säilitamine ja kustutamine
(1) Infosüsteemis säilitatakse andmeid kolm aastat pärast riigi õigusabi tellimuse lõpetatuks märkimist. (2) Infosüsteemi andmete töötlemise logisid säilitatakse üks aasta. (3) RIK tagab säilitamistähtaja möödumisel andmete kustutamise.
