Auf Grund des § 32 Absatz 1 Satz 1 Nummer 1, Absatz 3 Satz 2 und 3 sowie Absatz 4 Nummer 1 des Luftverkehrsgesetzes in der Fassung der Bekanntmachung vom 10. Mai 2007 (BGBl. I S. 698) in Verbindung mit § 56 der Betriebsordnung für Luftfahrtgerät vom 4. März 1970 (BGBl. I S. 262), der zuletzt durch Artikel 1 Nummer 12 der Verordnung vom 29. Juli 1998 (BGBl. I S. 1989) geändert worden ist, verordnet das Luftfahrt-Bundesamt:
