§ 21¹. Kohustuste kohandamine
Kui Euroopa Parlamendi ja nõukogu määruse (EL) nr 1305/2013 artiklis 48 nimetatud kohustuste kohandamine ei ole toetuse saajale vastuvõetav, siis kohustus lõppeb ja kohustuse kehtivusaja eest toetust tagasi ei nõuta.
