§ 3. Kommertspandiga tagatud nõue
Kommertspandiga on pandisumma ulatuses tagatud nõue, sellele nõudele kolme aasta jooksul enne kommertspandiga koormatud vara müümist nõude rahuldamiseks välja maksmata intressid, samuti viivis ja võla sissenõudmise kulutused, pandipidaja poolt kommertspandiga koormatud vara omaniku eest tasutud kindlustusmaksed ning muud kõrvalnõuded.
§ 3. Kommertspandiga tagatud nõue
