§ 101
Ist eine Maßnahme nach § 99 Abs. 1 Nr. 1 und 2 durch Strafurteil oder durch Dienststrafurteil ausgesprochen worden oder ist sie die gesetzliche Folge eines solchen Urteils, so findet § 44 entsprechende Anwendung. Der Aufhebung des Urteils steht die Beseitigung der beamten- oder versorgungsrechtlichen Folgen des Urteils im Gnadenwege gleich.
