§ 109
§§ 102 bis 107 finden auf Angestellte und Arbeiter (§ 99 Abs. 1 Nr. 3), die im Zeitpunkt der Schädigung einen vertraglichen Anspruch auf Versorgung nach beamtenrechtlichen Grundsätzen oder auf Ruhelohn hatten oder die einen solchen Anspruch ohne die Schädigung erlangt haben würden, sowie auf ihre Hinterbliebenen entsprechende Anwendung.
