§ 115
(1) Als Schaden im beruflichen Fortkommen im Sinne von § 65 gilt auch der Schaden, den der Verfolgte in seiner Berufsausbildung oder in seiner vorberuflichen Ausbildung durch Ausschluß von der erstrebten Ausbildung oder durch deren erzwungene Unterbrechung erlitten hat.
