§ 159a
Der Anspruch auf Entschädigung nach §§ 150 bis 159 ist vererblich, wenn der Verfolgte nach dem 1. Januar 1945 und nach dem endgültigen Verlassen der in § 1 Abs. 2 Nr. 3 des Bundesvertriebenengesetzes genannten Gebiete verstorben ist.
