§ 45
Die Entschädigung nach § 43 wird als Kapitalentschädigung geleistet. Sie beträgt 150 Deutsche Mark für jeden vollen Monat der Freiheitsentziehung. Zugrunde zu legen sind die Kalendermonate, während deren die Freiheit entzogen war sowie je 30 Tage der Monate, in denen die Freiheit nur zeitweise entzogen war; mehrere Zeiten der Freiheitsentziehung werden zusammengerechnet.
