Art. 19 Kernzone
1 Die Kernzone ist für Wohnnutzungen sowie Geschäftsbauten mit angemessenem Wohnanteil bestimmt. In der Kernzone soll die Entwicklung eines Ortszentrums gefördert werden. 2 Immissionsarmes Gewerbe und Dienstleistungen sind bis zu 70% der Bruttogeschossfläche zulässig, sofern diese Bauten und/oder der Betrieb der Anlagen die Siedlungsstruktur und den Quartiercharakter nicht beeinträchtigen.
