Art. 21 Zone für Dienstleistungen und Gewerbe
1 Die Zone für Dienstleistungen und Gewerbe ist für Dienstleistungsbetriebe vorgesehen. Immissionsarmes Gewerbe und Wohnraum sind nach Massgabe von ortsplanerischen Grundsätzen zulässig. 2 Für die Zone erlässt der Gemeinderat einen Überbauungsplan mit speziellen Vorschriften zur Gestaltung, Bauweise und zur örtlichen Festlegung der verschiedenen Nutzungsarten.
