Art. 37 Rechtsmittel, Inkraftsetzung
Bestehende Anlagen 1. Bestehende private Abwasseranlagen, die den vorstehenden Vorschriften nicht in allen Teilen entsprechen, können mit Zustimmung der Gemeinde belassen werden, sofern diese in gutem Zustand sind und keine Gefährdung der Gewässer darstellen. 2. Bei Umbau oder Erweiterung von Bauten und Abwasseranlagen sind die bestehenden Abwasseranlagen auf Kosten der Eigentümer den neuen Vorschriften anzupassen.
