Title 12 Alcoholic Beverages

Write the words of this act the way you think they should read. Solon shows your change as a redline against the published text and pins it to that exact text, so it can never be applied to wording you did not see.

Your change, as a redline

12-9-105. Distributor's resignation; cancellation; termination; failure to renew; refusal to continue.

(a) Notwithstanding any agreement and except as provided in W.S. 12-9-120 or as otherwise provided in this act, a manufacturer shall not cause a distributor to resign from an agreement, or cancel, terminate, fail to renew or refuse to continue under an agreement unless the manufacturer has: (i) Satisfied the applicable notice requirements of W.S. 12-9-108; (ii) Acted in good faith; and (iii) Good cause for the cancellation, termination, nonrenewal, discontinuance or forced resignation.

One line that says what changes, such as "Halve the dog tax".

Who it helps, what it costs, what it fixes. It is what persuades people to support it.

A proposal here is not law. Support on Solon is evidence that people want the change; the official route says what it takes to make it law.
