Auf Grund des § 6 Abs. 1 Nr. 3 des Straßenverkehrsgesetzes in der im Bundesgesetzblatt Teil III, Gliederungsnummer 9231-1, veröffentlichten bereinigten Fassung, der zuletzt durch das Gesetz vom 3. August 1978 (BGBl. I S. 1177) geändert wurde, wird mit Zustimmung des Bundesrates verordnet:
