Art. 18 Difesa e patrocinio d’ufficio
1Ogni avvocato iscritto nel registro cantonale degli avvocati è tenuto ad assumere le difese d’ufficio e accettare i mandati di gratuito patrocinio nel Cantone. 951.100 2Il regolamento stabilisce le condizioni dell’affidamento di difese e patrocini d’ufficio a praticanti, ritenuto che questi hanno l’obbligo di assumere le difese d’ufficio, accettare i mandati di gratuito patrocinio e partecipare al picchetto penale. 3La remunerazione è stabilita dal Consiglio di Stato mediante regolamento.
