Art. 6 Commissione esaminatrice
1La Commissione esaminatrice è competente per la tenuta degli esami e per svolgere la prova attitudinale e il colloquio di verifica ai sensi degli articoli 31 e 32 LLCA. 2La Commissione per l’avvocatura stabilisce la composizione della Commissione esaminatrice e ne designa i membri per un periodo di due anni.
