Art. 21a Zulässige Froschgattungen
Als Lebensmittel zulässig sind Frösche der folgenden Gattungen: a. Gattung der Rana und Pelophylax aus der Familie der Ranidae; b. Gattung der Fejervarya, Limmonectes und Hoplobatrachus aus der Familie der Dicroglossidae. Eingefügt durch Ziff. I der V des EDI vom 8. Dez. 2023, in Kraft seit 1. Febr. 2024 (AS 2023 825).
