1 Milchprodukte sind Erzeugnisse, die bei der Verarbeitung von Milch oder der weiteren Verarbeitung von Milchprodukten entstehen und prozess- und produktspezifische Zutaten enthalten können. 2 Die produktspezifischen Bestimmungen bleiben vorbehalten.
