Art. 46 Anforderungen an Joghurt
1 Im Endprodukt müssen insgesamt mindestens 10 Millionen koloniebildende Einheiten der Mikroorganismen nach Artikel 45 je Gramm vorhanden sein. 2 Joghurt kann zusätzlich andere geeignete Mikroorganismen enthalten. 3 Bezüglich des Milchfettgehaltes gilt für: a. Magerjoghurt oder entrahmtes Joghurt: höchstens 5 g/kg; b. teilentrahmtes Joghurt: mehr als 5 g und weniger als 35 g/kg; c. Joghurt oder Vollmilchjoghurt: mindestens 35 g/kg; d. rahmangereichertes Joghurt, aus Milch und Rahm hergestellt: mindestens 50 g/kg.
