Art. 59 Anforderungen an Fertig-Fondue
1 Fertig-Fondue muss folgende Zusammensetzungsmerkmale aufweisen: a Die Trockenmasse muss mindestens 300 g/kg Endprodukt betragen. b. Die Trockenmasse muss mindestens zu 700 g/kg aus Käsetrockenmasse bestehen. 2 Fertig-Fondue darf höchstens 30 g Stärke pro Kilogramm enthalten.
