Art. 63 Schmelzkäsezubereitungen
1 Schmelzkäsezubereitungen bestehen aus Schmelzkäse und Zutaten. 2 Die Trockenmasse des Endproduktes muss aus mindestens 500 g Käsetrockenmasse pro Kilogramm bestehen. 3 Entsprechend dem Fett i. T. muss das Endprodukt die folgende Trockenmasse aufweisen: a. bei 450 g/kg (Fett i. T.) und mehr: mindestens 400 g/kg; b. bei weniger als 450 g/kg (Fett i. T.): mindestens 200 g/kg.
