Art. 70 Fettgehaltsstufen
Für Rahm gelten folgende Fettgehaltsstufen: a. «Halbrahm» oder «Kaffeerahm»: mindestens 150 g Milchfett/kg; b. «Vollrahm», «Schlagrahm», «Rahm» oder «Sahne»: mindestens 350 g Milchfett/kg; c. «Doppelrahm»: mindestens 450 g Milchfett/kg.
