Art. 76 Übrige Kennzeichnungen
1 In Abweichung von Artikel 41 Absatz 1 Buchstabe a ist anstelle des Fettgehalts im Milchanteil der Milchfettgehalt in «Gramm pro Kilogramm», «Gramm pro 100 Gramm» oder als Prozentangabe («%») anzugeben. Zusätzlich ist der Hinweis «vor Licht geschützt aufbewahren» anzubringen.
2 Bei gesalzener Butter, Dreiviertelfettbutter und Halbfettbutter sowie bei gesalzenen Milchstreichfetten ist im Verzeichnis der Zutaten der Salzgehalt in Prozenten anzugeben.
