Ausserordentliche Gesamterneuerungswahlen 1) Eine ausserordentliche Gesamterneuerungswahl der ständigen Kommissionen für den Rest der Amtsdauer findet statt, wenn: 7) a. eine Änderung in der Fraktionszusammensetzung dazu führt, dass eine Fraktion in einer ständigen Kommission nicht mehr gemäss dem angepassten Verteilschlüssel vertreten ist; b. eine neue Fraktion gebildet wird.
