Art. 13 Fondi con destinazione particolare (art. 23)
Oltre agli edifici destinati allo sport e al tempo libero, vengono stimati in base al valore metrico deprezzato secondo il grado di vetustà, gli edifici destinati ad attività sociali e al culto, nonché gli oggetti di cui all’art. 3 della legge, nei casi dove dovesse rendersi necessaria l’adozione di una stima ufficiale.
