§ 11 Verordnungsermächtigung
Das Bundesministerium der Justiz und für Verbraucherschutz wird ermächtigt, zur Vereinfachung und Vereinheitlichung des Verfahrens durch Rechtsverordnung mit Zustimmung des Bundesrates Formulare für den Antrag auf Gewährung von Beratungshilfe und auf Zahlung der Vergütung der Beratungsperson nach Abschluß der Beratungshilfe einzuführen und deren Verwendung vorzuschreiben.
