§ 5 Anwendbare Vorschriften
Für das Verfahren gelten die Vorschriften des Gesetzes über das Verfahren in Familiensachen und in den Angelegenheiten der freiwilligen Gerichtsbarkeit entsprechend, soweit in diesem Gesetz nichts anderes bestimmt ist. § 185 Abs. 3 und § 189 Abs. 3 des Gerichtsverfassungsgesetzes gelten entsprechend.
