Liegen die Voraussetzungen der §§ 48 oder 49 des Verwaltungsverfahrensgesetzes in der Fassung der Bekanntmachung vom 23. Januar 2003 (BGBl. I S. 102), das zuletzt durch Artikel 2 Absatz 1 des Gesetzes vom 14. August 2009 (BGBl. I S. 2827) geändert worden ist, in der jeweils geltenden Fassung vor, kann die zuständige Behörde an Stelle der Rücknahme oder des Widerrufs eine Erlaubnis nach der Binnenschifffahrtsstraßen-Ordnung auch nachträglich befristen oder mit Auflagen versehen.
