§ 6 Bewehrung der Vorschriften über Alkohol und Drogenkonsum
Ordnungswidrig im Sinne des § 7 Absatz 1 des Binnenschifffahrtsaufgabengesetzes handelt, wer gegen eine Vorschrift der Binnenschifffahrtsstraßen-Ordnung verstößt, indem er vorsätzlich oder fahrlässig
1. entgegen § 1.02 Nummer 7 Satz 2 ein Fahrzeug führt,

3. entgegen § 1.03 Nummer 5 Satz 1 nicht sicherstellt, dass keine andere Person selbständig den Kurs oder die Geschwindigkeit bestimmt oder eine dort genannte Tätigkeit ausübt.
