§ 1. Kodakondsuse taotleja eesti keele eksami ja eesti keele tasemeeksami ühitamise tingimused
Kodakondsuse taotleja peab „Kodakondsuse seaduse” §-s 8 sätestatud eesti keele oskuse nõuete täitmise tõendamiseks sooritama „Keeleseaduse” § 24 lõikes 1 sätestatud eesti keele tasemeeksami (edaspidi eksam) vähemalt B1- või sellele vastaval tasemel.
