1 Verfügungen gestützt auf dieses Reglement sind gebührenpflichtig. 2 Der Gemeinderat erlässt den Gebührentarif, wobei die Höhe der Gebühr nach dem verursachten Aufwand festzusetzen ist und höchstens 1'500 Franken betragen darf. 3 Für den gesteigerten Gemeingebrauch sowie für die Sondernutzung des öffentlichen Grundes können zudem marktgerechte Benützungsgebühren erhoben werden.
