Art. 20 Leistungsabgeltung
Definition Leistungsabgeltung 1 Die Leistungsabgeltung berechnet sich aus dem anrechenbaren Nettoaufwand abzüglich der Bau- und Betriebsbeiträge des Bundes. Der verbleibende Betrag wird auf die Person pro Verrechnungseinheit umgerechnet. 2 Der anrechenbare Nettoaufwand ergibt sich aus dem anrechenbaren Aufwand abzüglich des anrechenbaren Ertrages.
