Methode 1 Die Leistungsabgeltung kann sowohl durch Methode D (Defizitdeckung) als auch Methode P (Pauschalen) erfolgen. 2 Besteht zwischen dem Standortkanton und seiner Einrichtung keine Abmachung bezüglich der Methode P, so kommt die Methode D zur Anwendung. 3 Die Vereinbarungskantone streben den Übergang von der Methode D zur Methode P an. Der Vorstand VK fördert diesen Prozess im Rahmen von Artikel 1 Abs. 2.
