Art. 26 Kostenübernahmegarantie
Ablauf 1 Die Verbindungsstelle des Standortkantons holt vor der Unterbringung oder vor dem Eintritt der Person bei der Verbindungsstelle des Wohnkantons die Kostenübernahmegarantie ein. 2 Kann das Gesuch um die Kostenübernahmegarantie wegen zeitlicher Dringlichkeit nicht vor Beginn der Unterbringung oder des Eintritts der Person in die Einrichtung gestellt werden, so ist es so rasch als möglich nachzuholen.
