Kostenbeteiligung und Leistungsabgeltung 1 Die Kostenbeteiligung wird von der Einrichtung bei der Person oder deren gesetzlichen Vertretung auf Grund der Kostenübernahmegarantie des Wohnkantons eingefordert. 2 Verbleibt nach Abzug der Kostenbeteiligung von der Leistungsabgeltung ein ungedeckter Betrag, so gilt der Wohnkanton diesen der Einrichtung ab.
