1Toute communauté nomade annonce préalablement son intention d’occuper un terrain sur sol neuchâtelois auprès de la police neuchâteloise, au moins 24 heures avant son arrivée. 2Le propriétaire ou la commune concernée annonce sans délai à la police neuchâteloise l’arrivée d’un convoi sur terrain privé. 3La police neuchâteloise informe les autres organes de contrôles.
