Utilisation normale du domaine public Le domaine public est destiné au commun usage de tous, en particulier les voies publiques, les promenades et parcs publics. Les normes réglementant l’utilisation du domaine public sont applicables par analogie à tous les lieux accessibles au public ainsi qu’au domaine privé utilisé comme domaine public. Tout acte de nature à compromettre la sécurité, à gêner la circulation, à faire obstacle à l’usage commun ou à porter atteinte au domaine public est interdit.
