Identification Toute personne doit se soumettre aux contrôles nécessaires à l’établissement de son identité dans le cadre de la mission de la police. La police peut appréhender aux fins d’identification et d’interrogatoire tout individu qui s’est rendu coupable d’un acte contraire à l’ordre, à la sécurité ou aux bonnes mœurs, qui est présumé s’être rendu coupable de tels actes ou qui s’apprêtait manifestement à les commettre.
