Article 8 Autorisations
Demandes Lorsqu’une disposition spéciale du présent règlement subordonne une activité à une autorisation, celle-ci doit être sollicitée par écrit, en temps utile, auprès de l’autorité. La demande d’autorisation mentionnera le nom du requérant responsable, la date, I’heure et le lieu pour lesquels l’autorisation est sollicitée ainsi que tout renseignement utile, d’office ou sur demande de l’autorité.
