Miete und Pacht a. Formularwesen 1 Das Präsidium genehmigt die Formulare zur Mitteilung von Kündigungen (Art. 266l und 298 OR) und Mietzinserhöhungen (Art. 269d OR). 134.118 2 Die Formulare sind bei den Gemeindekanzleien sowie beim Sekretariat der Schlichtungsbehörde zu beziehen. 3 Das Präsidium entscheidet im Falle von Art. 270 Abs. 2 OR über die obligatorische Verwendung des Formulars gemäss Art. 269d OR beim Abschluss eines neuen Mietvertrags.
