Sekretariat 1 Das Sekretariat erfüllt folgende administrative Aufgaben: 1. den Schriftenwechsel; 2. die Geschäftskontrolle; 3. das Rechnungswesen; 4. das Formularwesen; 5. die Mitteilungen. 2 Das Sekretariat kann durch das Amt für Justiz geführt werden. 3 In diesem Fall kann die Bestellung als Sekretariat im Schiedsverfahren (Art. 365 Abs. 1 ZPO) nur mit Zustimmung der Amtsleitung erfolgen.
