1 Das JuPa kann an öffentlichen Mitwirkungen, Partizipationsprozessen und ähnlichen Verfahren teilnehmen und wird zu Vernehmlassungen eingeladen. 2 Darüber hinaus beziehen der Gemeinderat und die Stadtverwaltung das JuPa bei jugendrelevanten Themen ein. 3 Zu Stadtratsgeschäften kann das JuPa bis um 12 Uhr des Sitzungstags bei der Stadtkanzlei eine schriftliche Stellungnahme einreichen, welche den Stadtratsmitgliedern vor der Sitzung zur Kenntnis gebracht wird.
