1 Das Plenum nimmt alle dem JuPa übertragenen Aufgaben wahr, die in den Statuten nicht einem anderen Organ zugewiesen sind. 2 Es hat insbesondere die folgenden unentziehbaren Aufgaben und Kompetenzen: a Genehmigung des Jahresberichts, b Genehmigung der Jahresrechnung und Entlastung des Vorstands, c Wahl des Vorstands, d Genehmigung des Budgets, e Änderung der Statuten und f Beschlussfassung über die Auflösung des Vereins.
