b) Compétence financière 1 La compétence pour décider du financement d'une opération appartient : a. au service jusqu'à CHF 200'000.- ; b. au département si le montant dépasse CHF 200'000.- . 2 Les compétences relatives aux achats de terrains sont déterminées conformément aux principes généraux applicables en matière financière et en matière d'organisation de l'Etat. 3 Le département attribue au service la compétence de prélever les fonds nécessaires à l'exécution des décisions prises.
