Clôtures (LVLFo, art. 28 et 58) 1 Le service prononce l'ordre d'enlèvement des clôtures, notamment lorsqu'elles sont susceptibles d'entraver l'accès à la forêt, l'exploitation forestière ou la libre circulation du gibier et de la faune sauvage. 2 L'enlèvement des clôtures s'effectue aux frais de celui qui les a installées ou, si celui-ci ne peut être identifié, aux frais du propriétaire du fonds sur lequel elles se trouvent.
