§ 2. Riiklikud teenetemärgid
(1) Teenetemärgid on: 1) Vabadusristi aumärk; 2) Riigivapi teenetemärk; 3) Maarjamaa Risti teenetemärk; 4) Valgetähe teenetemärk; 5) Kotkaristi teenetemärk; 6) Eesti Punase Risti teenetemärk. (2) Teenetemärgiga äravahetamiseni sarnase teenete-, au- või muu märgi kehtestamine, valmistamine ja kasutamine on keelatud.
