(1) Valgetähe III klassi teenetemärk on samasugune nagu II klassi teenetemärk, kuid puudub täht (lisa 4). (2) Valgetähe III klassi teenetemärgi rosettmärk on punane rosett hõbedasel alusel (lisa 7).
