§ 43. Valgetähe IV klassi teenetemärk
(1) Valgetähe IV klassi teenetemärk on 35 mm laiuse punase muareelindi küljes rippuv 47 mm läbimõõduga valgetäht. Teenetemärgi lindile on paigutatud 22 mm läbimõõduga punane rullmärk (lisa 4). (2) Valgetähe IV klassi teenetemärgi rosettmärk on punane rosett (lisa 7).
