Art. 52b Dioxine und Furane
Rückstände aus der thermischen Behandlung von Abfällen sollen so wenig an Dioxinen (PCDD) und Furanen (PCDF) enthalten, als nach dem Stand der Technik möglich ist (Anhang 5 Ziffern 3.3 und 4.2). Bis zum 31. Dezember 2026 dürfen sie höchstens 3 µg Toxizitätsäquivalente (TEQ) pro kg enthalten. Eingefügt durch Ziff. I der V vom 23. Febr. 2022, in Kraft seit 1. April 2022 (AS 2022 161).
